NUP85

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP85 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP85-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, 14-3-3_beta, and eEF2. Each is linked with NUP85 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP85-to-partner and partner-to-NUP85 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by NUP85-low versus NUP85-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP85→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
