Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUP85 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,921 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP85-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear DNA replication, Cell cycle DNA replication, and DNA replication checkpoint signaling. Each is linked with NUP85 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP85-to-partner and partner-to-NUP85 results are reported.
