NUP85

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUP85 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP85-associated genes across cancer lineages are STARD6, IGFL3, and KRTAP10-2. Each is linked with NUP85 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP85-to-partner and partner-to-NUP85 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STARD6 grouped by NUP85-low versus NUP85-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP85→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP85) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
