Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUP62CL RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NUP62CL data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher NUP62CL RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUP62CL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and KIRC show a favorable association.

LUAD, LGG, and THCA are the cancer types where NUP62CL RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
