The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher NUP62CL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUP62CL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and LUAD are the cancer types where NUP62CL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
