NUP62

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP62 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,850 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP62-associated genes across cancer lineages are S1PR1, AOC3, and HSPB8. Each is linked with NUP62 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP62-to-partner and partner-to-NUP62 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP62→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP62) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
