Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUP62 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,974 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP62-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication-dependent chromatin assembly, DNA replication checkpoint signaling, and Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with NUP62 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP62-to-partner and partner-to-NUP62 results are reported.
