NUP54

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP54 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,255 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP54-associated proteins across cancer lineages are U2AF2, RMDN2, and EIF4E. Each is linked with NUP54 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP54-to-partner and partner-to-NUP54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP54 versus U2AF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP54→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
