NUP54

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP54 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,640 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP54-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RN7SL83P, and RNA5SP198. Each is linked with NUP54 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP54-to-partner and partner-to-NUP54 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by NUP54-low versus NUP54-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP54→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP54) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
