NUP50

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP50 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,074 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP50-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHF5A, USP14, and KCTD9. Each is linked with NUP50 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP50-to-partner and partner-to-NUP50 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHF5A grouped by NUP50-low versus NUP50-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP50→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP50) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
