NUP42

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,290 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP42-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRAT1, FBXL18, and AQR. Each is linked with NUP42 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP42-to-partner and partner-to-NUP42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP42 versus BRAT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP42→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
