NUP42

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP42 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP42-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Tuberin, and ATM. Each is linked with NUP42 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP42-to-partner and partner-to-NUP42 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by NUP42-low versus NUP42-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP42→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP42) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
