Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUP42 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,379 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP42-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes, Viral translational termination-reinitiation, and Regulation of isotype switching to IgG isotypes. Each is linked with NUP42 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP42-to-partner and partner-to-NUP42 results are reported.
