NUP35

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP35 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 866 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP35-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP286, GK2, and ARF4P1. Each is linked with NUP35 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP35-to-partner and partner-to-NUP35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP286 grouped by NUP35-low versus NUP35-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP35→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
