Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUP35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,010 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP35-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Regulation of DNA damage checkpoint, and Nuclear pore organization. Each is linked with NUP35 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP35-to-partner and partner-to-NUP35 results are reported.
