NUP214

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP214 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,366 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP214-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SET, GTF3C4, and WDR5. Each is linked with NUP214 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP214-to-partner and partner-to-NUP214 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP214 versus SET in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP214→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP214) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
