NUP214

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP214 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,993 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP214-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBAC1, CCT7, and USP39. Each is linked with NUP214 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP214-to-partner and partner-to-NUP214 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBAC1 grouped by NUP214-low versus NUP214-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP214→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP214) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
