Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUP210P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NUP210P1 data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher NUP210P1 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUP210P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.
HNSC, LAML, and BLCA are the cancer types where NUP210P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
