Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP188 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,663 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUP188-associated genes across cancer lineages are DEPDC1B, MYBL2, and TTK. Each is linked with NUP188 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP188-to-partner and partner-to-NUP188 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP188 versus DEPDC1B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP188→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP188) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
