NUP188

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP188 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,907 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP188-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM5, CCNB2, and MRPL54. Each is linked with NUP188 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP188-to-partner and partner-to-NUP188 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MCM5 grouped by NUP188-low versus NUP188-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP188→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP188) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
