Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP160 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,327 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUP160-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA7, ZBTB9, and FBL. Each is linked with NUP160 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP160-to-partner and partner-to-NUP160 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP160 versus CDCA7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP160→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP160) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
