Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP160 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,797 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUP160-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDCA2, MYO15B, and GCAT. Each is linked with NUP160 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP160-to-partner and partner-to-NUP160 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDCA2 grouped by NUP160-low versus NUP160-high in STAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP160→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP160) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
