NUP160

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUP160 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,662 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP160-associated genes across cancer lineages are CELF1, CKAP5, and SET. Each is linked with NUP160 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP160-to-partner and partner-to-NUP160 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP160 versus CELF1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.80.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP160→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP160) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
