Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUP155 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUP155 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NUP155 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUP155 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and OV show a favorable association.
UCEC, OV, and SKCM are the cancer types where NUP155 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
