NUP155

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP155 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,666 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP155-associated genes across cancer lineages are BBX, ACVR2B, and INO80D. Each is linked with NUP155 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP155-to-partner and partner-to-NUP155 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP155 versus BBX in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP155→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP155) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
