Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP133 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,443 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUP133-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BROX, C1orf35, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with NUP133 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP133-to-partner and partner-to-NUP133 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP133 versus BROX in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP133→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP133) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
