NUP133

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP133 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,247 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP133-associated genes across cancer lineages are URB2, PDE1A, and UCKL1. Each is linked with NUP133 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP133-to-partner and partner-to-NUP133 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP133 versus URB2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP133→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP133) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
