Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP133 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,454 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUP133-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP34, MED31, and EIF2B1. Each is linked with NUP133 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP133-to-partner and partner-to-NUP133 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP34 grouped by NUP133-low versus NUP133-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP133→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP133) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
