Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUP133 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,095 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP133-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription-dependent tethering of RNA polymerase II gene DNA at nuclear periphery, Nuclear pore organization, and mRNA transport. Each is linked with NUP133 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP133-to-partner and partner-to-NUP133 results are reported.
