NUP107

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP107 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,060 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP107-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIG1, CDK1, and RIF1. Each is linked with NUP107 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP107-to-partner and partner-to-NUP107 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP107 versus LIG1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP107→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP107) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
