NUP107

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP107 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,977 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP107-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF14, NCAPH, and CCDC150. Each is linked with NUP107 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP107-to-partner and partner-to-NUP107 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUP107 versus KIF14 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP107→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP107) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
