NUP107

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUP107 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,836 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP107-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS3, RNA5SP147, and MIR4494. Each is linked with NUP107 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP107-to-partner and partner-to-NUP107 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GINS3 grouped by NUP107-low versus NUP107-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP107→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP107) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
