NUP107

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUP107 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 305 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUP107-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR1N1, PABPN1L, and OR13C5. Each is linked with NUP107 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUP107-to-partner and partner-to-NUP107 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR1N1 grouped by NUP107-low versus NUP107-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUP107→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUP107) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
