Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUGGC Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUGGC data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NUGGC Mutation is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUGGC expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LAML, and SKCM are the cancer types where NUGGC Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
