NUFIP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUFIP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,094 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUFIP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3912, TRIAP1P1, and RN7SL371P. Each is linked with NUFIP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUFIP2-to-partner and partner-to-NUFIP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3912 grouped by NUFIP2-low versus NUFIP2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUFIP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUFIP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
