Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUFIP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,081 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUFIP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to dehydroepiandrosterone, Schwann cell differentiation, and Viral translational termination-reinitiation. Each is linked with NUFIP2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUFIP2-to-partner and partner-to-NUFIP2 results are reported.
