Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUFIP1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUFIP1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NUFIP1 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUFIP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LSCC show a favorable association.
UCEC, CCRCC, and LSCC are the cancer types where NUFIP1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
