NUFIP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUFIP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,559 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUFIP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLK4, LRP8, and CDC25C. Each is linked with NUFIP1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUFIP1-to-partner and partner-to-NUFIP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUFIP1 versus PLK4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUFIP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUFIP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
