NUF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and TFRC. Each is linked with NUF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUF2-to-partner and partner-to-NUF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by NUF2-low versus NUF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
