Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,651 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome duplication, Regulation of G2/M transition of mitotic cell cycle, and Regulation of centrosome duplication. Each is linked with NUF2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUF2-to-partner and partner-to-NUF2 results are reported.
