NUF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLRF2, FCGR3B, and BPIFB6. Each is linked with NUF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUF2-to-partner and partner-to-NUF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLRF2 grouped by NUF2-low versus NUF2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
