Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUDT9 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NUDT9 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher NUDT9 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUDT9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, HNSC, and CESC are the cancer types where NUDT9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
