NUDT9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,705 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are METAP1, NUDT9_S68, and ELMOD2. Each is linked with NUDT9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT9-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT9 versus METAP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
