Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,337 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NUDT9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MICAL1, TNFRSF13C, and LARP1B. Each is linked with NUDT9 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT9-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT9 versus MICAL1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
