Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,271 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPP38, UPF2, and LARP4B. Each is linked with NUDT5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT5-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT5 results are reported.
