NUDT5

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, eIF4E, and Fibronectin. Each is linked with NUDT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT5-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT5 results are reported.
