Across TCGA cell cohorts, NUDT5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,524 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pentose catabolic process, tRNA 5'-leader removal, and ATP generation from poly-ADP-D-ribose. Each is linked with NUDT5 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT5-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT5 results are reported.
