Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NUDT4B RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NUDT4B data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher NUDT4B RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NUDT4B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and READ show a favorable association.
UCS, THCA, and STAD are the cancer types where NUDT4B RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
