NUDT4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,943 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ATRX, PTPN11, and PODXL. Each is linked with NUDT4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT4-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT4 versus ATRX in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
