NUDT4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NUDT4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,174 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NUDT4-associated genes across cancer lineages are AXIN2, DEDD, and RNF43. Each is linked with NUDT4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NUDT4-to-partner and partner-to-NUDT4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NUDT4 versus AXIN2 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NUDT4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NUDT4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
